Description

Abstract
"白蝦(Pacific white shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei)肉質鮮美且富含高蛋白質,加以具有生長快速的優勢,成 為台灣養殖產業上重要的經濟物種。但病毒性疾病的爆發一直是白蝦養殖的限制因子。桃拉病毒 (Taura syndrome virus, TSV)是其中一個造成白蝦大量死亡的病毒性病原體,有高達40-90%的死亡 率。目前市面上通用的檢測方式多半靈敏度較低、花費時間較長或操作不便,因此我們預計研發一 套快速、靈敏、方便操作的蝦類桃拉病毒檢測套組。第一年預計生產桃拉病毒抗體,應用磁減量技 術,將磁珠結合桃拉病毒抗體,偵測病毒結合抗體後的磁訊號轉變,建立一個高敏感度、快速方便 的磁減量檢測機台。第二年預計開發一套快速萃取套組搭配磁減量檢測系統,並建立一套標準作業 流程,將此平台商品化準備上市。此平台監測系統也可套用在其他蝦類病毒檢測上,搭配過去與磁 量生技共同研發之神經壞死病毒與虹彩病毒檢測套組,建立全面性之水產養殖監測系統。 " "Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) has becomes economically high-valued aquaculture species in Taiwan due to advantages such as great quality of flesh and fast growing rate. However, the outbreaks of viral diseases become hindrance to the development of this industry. Taura syndrome virus (TSV) is one of critical viral disease in Pacific white shrimp, caused 40-90% mortality. Although the commercial detection test kit is available, there are rooms for improvements in sensitivity, easy operation and etc. In this project, a fast, high-sensitive and easy of operation magnetic immunoassay analyzed kit will be developed. In first year, the aim is to produce the specific antibody against TSV, developing a novel detection platform which can detect the TSV titer. In second year, the aim is to develop a fast viral extraction kit. Otherwise, we will also be standardized the operation procedure. Furthermore, it can be also detect other shrimp viral disease, we wish this viral detection platform can be used in the aquaculture industry and enhance the productivity."
