Description

Abstract
"計畫目標: 開發一適合海鱺低污染高效能的人工飼料, 以海鱺的活存與增重率與水質污染為指標訂出一較適合箱網養殖海鱺的飼料.架構( 重要工作項目 ): 實驗海鱺蓄養在60*30*45cm ( 60L )FRP桶中, 每一FRP桶有獨立的進排水系統和打氣系統, 排出的水匯集到循環系統中, 系統中含生物球、過濾槽及沈澱槽, 排出的水經此一系統處理後, 再以馬達打回FRP桶中, 循環過濾使用, 每一FRP桶蓄養20隻2g的海鱺, 每一處理組三重覆.飼料的配製以魚粉及豆粉為蛋白質來源, 配製控制組飼料( 45%cp ), 與處理組飼料低蛋白質( 35% )和不同高油脂的飼料, 以AOAC分析飼料及蝦體的體成分, 並分析各處理組對海鱺成長及活存的影響, 並監測水質變化( NH?? ).預期效益: A、 了解海鱺餵食人工飼料對環境水質的污染程度.B、 以海鱺的成長及活存做為人工飼料開發的依據.C、 分析海鱺的體組成, 以了解其對營養組成的利用情形." "Objective: The effect of different dietary protein and lipid levels on the growth and survival of cobia, Rachycnetron canadum and the impact on the environment.Working plan: Inshore and offshore cage farm for on-growing cobia has been cultured for over two years.The cobia is considered as a greatest potential species for cage culture in Taiwan and the Southeast Asia country.We know cobia can attain 4-6Kg in 1year and up to 20Kg in 2years.Fish farmers used commercial compounded diet with 45%crude protein and 15%crude lipid to feed cobia with success.But we need to know the nutrient requirement of this species.In this experiment, we culture cobia in 60L FRP tanks.Each FRP tank has its own inlet and outlet water system and aeration system.The water out from FRP tanks will be collected in a central FRP tank with biological filter and then effluent to the reservoir.Water will be then pumped into each culture FRP from reservoir tank.Each FRP tank will be stocked 20cobia.Each treatment has three duplicates.Fish meal and soybean meal will be the protein sources to make diets with a control group ( 45%cp )and treatment groups ( 35%cp )and different levels of lipid.The chemical composition of cobia muscle and diets will be analyzed by AOAC.The water quality will also be analyzed."
