Description

Abstract
" 石斑魚為高經濟價值魚種,在市場具有相當的潛力。近幾年來養殖幼苗受細菌與病毒感染而造成大量死亡,為提高育成率與降低疾病風險,計畫將利用免疫生物技術針對石斑魚養殖供應鏈開發關鍵性技術與生產關鍵性產品。計劃在今年度已完成高育成率之石斑育苗技術及育苗系統之研發以及優質魚苗選購要點與運輸與捕撈技術之建立,以降低其殘食性及飼料低接受度之問題。另外,使用魚用疫苗以提昇整體魚群健康,以及免疫雞蛋抗體也被證實具有被動免疫保護的效果。計畫已完成神經性壞死病毒與虹彩病毒次單位疫苗的初步商品化研發,而雞蛋抗體包含神經性壞死病毒以及虹彩病毒雞蛋抗體疫苗工廠化生產之技術開發,並且完成神經性壞死病毒力價快速檢測法、虹彩病毒力價快速檢測法以及神經性壞死病毒持續感染細胞株之建立。細菌性方面完成不活化全菌疫苗之量產製備與特定抗原之雞蛋抗體製備與工廠化量產,石斑魚苗投餵IgY飼料免疫保護效果評估以及石斑種魚主動與被動免疫保護效果評估,以及完成接種石斑種魚之配子與不同成長階段魚苗抗病力提升現場測試。一方面餵飼具有免疫調節與包覆疫苗之人工飼料包含免疫調節蛋白酵母飼料、抗體飼料以及免疫調節蛋白酵母、抗體混和飼料,可增強石斑對病原之抵抗力。針對石斑魚關鍵性免疫的防治與保護,以達到最終提升魚類免疫的效果。另外目前神經性壞死病毒與虹彩病毒次單位疫苗的新藥委託試驗正在執行中,未來並依法提出登記申請。" "Grouper is a high economic worth fish, have suitable potentiality on the market. Because grouper has violent natural disposition, accepts artificial feed not good and eating the other grouper habits and characteristics strongly, and cultural juveniles in recent years is infected and led to the fact that die in a large amount by bacterium and virus, for improve person who breed and lower disease risk, now will utilize immune biotechnology to develop of supply chain and products of grouper aquaculture. Technology and system of growing grouper juveniles which can develop the high breeding rate, cooperate with the high-quality feed, reduce its bad feeding habits and produce the fine grouper juveniles with better resistance to the antigen. In addition, use vaccine in order to promote fish healthy, and immune chicken egg antibody verify passive immunity result that protect too. On one hand feed artificial feed about have immune adjustment and covering vaccine, strengthen resistance to the antigen of the grouper. To prevention with disease supplies the key cure and protection, improve fish's immune result."
