Description

Abstract
桃園機場雖然已於2010年公司化,但提供的航線大部份集中在亞洲,跨洲的長程航線相當有限,造成旅客欲飛往歐美或其他洲時,大多需經過1-2次轉機才能到達目的地。根據統計資料,2019年1-9月桃園機場至世界各地區的運量大部分皆有增長,但美洲線運量呈現減少;由於目前桃園機場主要以亞太地區的中短程航線為主,長程航線則以歐洲及北美洲為主,以地理位置來看,桃園機場的優勢為被東南亞國家依賴轉機至北美,也能夠被大洋洲國家依賴轉機至歐洲;但另一方面,若台灣未提供相關航線之直飛服務,旅客將會依賴鄰近機場轉機。由於桃園機場依賴鄰近機場的程度及被其他機場依賴的程度,將對未來的發展有重要的影響,而目前國內外研究此相關議題之文獻相當有限,因此本研究將透過參考國外研究,首先建立分析機場依賴度的指標,並依此指標計算出桃園機場歷年來對鄰近機場之依賴及被依賴的程度,及分析出因賴之主要因素為何?進而訂定依賴程度警訊指標,以提供相關主管機關在面臨不同潛在風險時,可適時因應防範。計畫擬分三年進行,各年度研究子題為:第一年分析桃園機場2004、2008、2012、2016和2020年對鄰近主要機場之依賴及被依賴程度,第二年由旅客實際旅程界定出桃機之優勢航線及未飛航之潛在發展機會,第三年評估出影響機場依賴程度的主要因素及警訊指標之建立,研究成果將可作為機場主管機關、航空公司營運規劃及政府制訂相關運輸、觀光、產業、經濟等政策之參考。Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport served a limit of long-haul routes although it has corporatized in 2010. This may cause passengers to need one or two-stopover to reach Europe, America or other countries. According to the statistics of 2019, the traffic volume of Taoyuan Airport increased in all routes but decreased in America route. Taoyuan Airport operates short and medium-haul routes in Asia-Pacific, while long-haul routes based on Europe and North America. Taoyuan Airport has advantages in its geographic position, which provides a stopover of South East Asia-North America and Oceania-Europe. So, passengers will rely on neighbor airports if Taiwan does not provide non-stop services.Due to the lack of research about the effect of reliance or be rely on Taoyuan Airport, hence this study refers to foreign research. Firstly, analyze the dependence index of the airport. Second, establish warning indicators. The plan needs to carry out in three years: Year I Project-Analyze 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020 Taoyuan Airport relies on neighbor airports; Year II Project-Define the advantages of Taoyuan Airport and develop potential routes; and Year III Project-The main factors affect the dependence of the airport and the establishment of warning indicators. This study results can serve as a reference for airlines, airports, and governments.
