"透水混凝土常用於鋪面，一般鋪設於停車場、植草磚等，多用於平面或是負荷較輕載重道路鋪面，對於港灣結構上之研究則相當匱乏。傳統上直立岸壁皆用一般混凝土，而一般混凝土表面光滑內部緻密不具透水性，對於波浪的衝擊能量只能以硬碰消解波浪能量，相對結果也造成岸壁主體易受到損傷，尤其是遇上颱風暴雨等天然因素，長久以往壽命跟著減短。本計畫擬以鹼活化爐石粉作為膠結材料，再配合爐碴與宜蘭石兩種不同材質之粗骨材，製作不同百分比(100%、90%、75%、60%)之漿體填充骨材孔隙率，製作出抗壓強度達 2000psi以上之透水混凝土，替代一般混凝土所製成之護基方塊，模擬護基方塊在海中因波浪下降時所產生的水重所承受之推力，實驗透過孔隙率是否能有效的減少因波浪下降時所產生的水重而造成之推力，降低護基方塊產生位移，因護基方塊產生位移時易造成堆積之拋石流失，致使直立岸壁下方地基掏空，產生不均勻沉陷，最終造成主體破壞毀損。本研究是希望藉由透水混凝土之孔隙率，使水流經過連通孔隙率來降低因波浪下降時，所產生之水重而造成的推力，降低護基方塊位移量，除了增加消能功用減少衝擊能量外，研究剩餘之能量再經由連通孔隙後，撞擊到主體表面時能減少多少能量的傷害。透水混凝土模型製作好後置於中型造浪機內，讀取不同部位所受波浪衝擊時之承受壓力，以此數據來做分析，藉此研究透水混凝土於港灣工程上之應用。 " "Permeable concrete pavement, which is usually used for the parking lot, grass brick, and used for road pavement bearing lighter load and for the harbor and marine structure it seems more inadequate and doubtful due to its capacity of bearing loads. Traditionally, vertical quay wall uses the ordinary concrete such that its surface is smooth and it is internally dense and non-permeable. The impact energy of the wave can only be dissipated by the capacity of resisting the direct impact of the concrete, consequently it results in that the wharf is subjected to the injury constantly, especially for typhoons and storm, service life of the wharf is shortened. The goal of this study is to make alkali-activated slag concrete using coarse aggregates including the crushed river stones from Ilan county and air-cooling electric arc furnace slag. Different paste fill percentages of the voids including 100%, 90%, 75% and 60% are designed and specimens will be prepared. It is our goal to make a permeable concrete whose compressive strength is over 2000psi such that it can be used for making the retaining base. We further will simulate the vertical forces endured by the retaining base in the sea, which is due to the water weight when the wave declines. We will design the experiment to see whether or not the porosity can effectively reduce the thrust due to the wave declines. It can help us to avoid the shift of the care-based box due to the thrust caused by the weight of water. When shift happens it can easily lead to the accumulation of riprap loss, resulting in a vertical quay below the foundation, consequently resulting in uneven subsidence, eventually leading to the destruction or damage to the structure. In addition to the increase in energy dissipation function, it is also our interests to know how much remaining impact energy after flow passing through the permeable concrete by studying the reflectance and transmittance. Permeable concrete specimens are made and placed in a tank with a medium-sized wave-making machine. Transducers are arranged to read the pressure values for different parts that suffered the impact of waves, such data can be analyzed to study the feasibility of pervious concrete in the harbor engineering. "
