Description

Abstract
Interleukin-I在魚類免疫、疾病預防與環境緊迫擔任重要之角色,本研究目的擬利用interleukin-I蛋白增強石斑魚的環境適應的能力。本實驗利用選殖石斑魚interleukin-I基因,以酵母菌生產interleukin-I蛋白,最後進行interleukin-I蛋白對石斑魚在病原菌感染緊迫的抵抗能力評估。 Interleukin-I is an important uptokine for the immune function, environment stress and disease resistance in animals. The objectives of this study were to enhance the ability for the environmental accomodation in grouper by applying interleukin-I protein. We will clone interleukin-I gene and express this protein. The stimulatory effects of interleukin-I on the defense of infected bacteria will be further examined in grouper.
