銲接是工程上不可或缺的一環，鑑於一般銲件之銲道金屬及熱影響區機械性質均會異於基材，是為銲接結構件破裂的脆弱位置。不需經銲前預熱或銲後熱處理下，研製開發銲接出均勻機械性質銲道之理論與技術，提昇銲道品質與強度是為本研究之目的。本研究將以3年的時間，實施低頻(200Hz以下)機械式振動及高頻超音波振動(1kHz~10kHz)兩種不同方式，結合活化劑使用，探討完全穿深銲道中奈微米組織結構銲道金屬之製備、機械特性、腐蝕特性、超塑性特性及相變態分析，並製造出均勻機械性質銲件，改善結構銲件之強度、韌性及壽命。3種新世代先進結構材料如：日本SP700新超塑性雙相鈦合金、鋯基鎂基塊狀非晶基材與高鉬超級不鏽鋼為研究對象，期盼本計畫3年後開發出可完全穿深之奈微米結構組織之銲道金屬及具有優越均勻機械性質之銲件，為新世代結構材料拓展出新的銲接技術，奠定一個良好的應用基礎。 Welding is indispensable in the engineering application. The heterogeneous mechanical properties of the weld metal and the heat affected zone might cause a premature failure of the welds. The purpose of this study is to develop a technique and the theory for producing a uniform mechanical property weld without preheating or/and postweld heat treatment. The harmonic frequency vibrations, low frequency of below 200Hz and supersonic high frequency between 1k Hz to 10k Hz, combined with active flux will be used to develop the process of a nano-micro structure weld in a full penetration and study its mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, super plasticity and phase transformation within a period of three years. Therefore, it is in order to achieve the weld metal with high strength, toughness and endurance. Three kinds of advanced materials are utilized for this research, such as duplex SP700 titanium alloy, high molybdenum content of super austenitic stainless steel and Zr- /Mg-based bulk metallic glasses. It hopes that after three years of intensive research, a better picture on the nano-micro microstructure of the harmonic frequency vibrations weld metal and its effect on the mechanical property provides a good start for the future development of a new welding technique and the advanced nano-micro microstructure weldment.
