臺灣近年來食品安全事件頻傳，本子計畫將以食品安全風險評估與 風險溝通為主軸，首先瞭解臺灣法規中現行規範之內容，以國內外政府部門所提供指引為範本，引用不同案例，進行食品安全風險評 估之實作。此種使用科學證據為基礎所進行之食品安全風險評估 ，將可對特定議題又更深刻的認知及瞭解，促使政府部門、產業界 、消費者、及利害關係人等，進行食品安全風險之資訊交換與溝通 ，並解釋風險評估結果及風險管理決策內容，促進民眾能瞭解臺灣既有之科技風險評估程序與臺灣現行公眾參與之風險溝通制度之外 ，更能與其他子計畫結合，進而瞭解相關司法救濟與相關保險制度 ，達到全方位科技風險溝通之目的。In recent years, food safety incidents occur more frequently in Taiwan. This sub-project will conduct to interpret Taiwan‘s current regulations for food safety risk assessment and risk communication. We will quote the guideline for food safety risk from government departments and use real data to evaluate risk. The food safety risk assessment based on scientific evidence will promote people on specific issues have a deeper awareness and understanding. The objectives of this study are to interpret the results of risk assessment and risk management, and to promote effective communication with government departments, industry groups, consumer groups, and interested parties. We expect this sub-project can improve people to understand existing technology risk assessment procedures and existing risk communication system of public participation in Taiwan. Furthermore, the judicial remedies-related sub-project and insurance systemrelated sub-project integrate into this sub-project. We will achieve the purpose of comprehensive technology risk communication.
