Description

Abstract
"台灣位處在太平洋活躍的地震帶上,已經發現有 128處溫泉徵兆區。其中 20%為直接具有發電效益的高溫溫泉和沸騰溫泉,其溫度介於 75-200℃;又有 50% 為中溫溫泉,其溫度介於 50-74℃。如果以現代的深鑽技術,又如果水源不足的 地方,以回水灌注,使之在深層加溫。台灣幾乎到處可以有深層地熱發電廠的出 現。宜蘭縣利澤和清水都是屬於 20%高溫和沸騰溫泉的良好地熱徵兆區。但岩性 可能不同:一為火成岩層,另一為變質岩層。利澤現有的土地鄰近工業區,將來 成功發電後,可以就近以智慧型電網,直接供電,幫助宜蘭縣政府解決缺電的問 題。同時也可以以不同階段的溫泉水,來兼顧發電、氫能、熱導、溫泉和養殖等 多種功能的智慧型地熱資源系統。本計畫共有總計畫和 5個子計畫(包括地熱儲 集層的模擬、水力噴射和雷射鑽井、熱水與濕蒸氣的地熱發電系統、地熱發 電廠的環境評估和招商與建立地熱發電廠),準備以大學廣大的人才資源,加上 民間企業的活絡傳統,和政府的幫助(在深鑽、法令和環評等方面),希望我們 能在三年內,吸引民間大集團投資利澤 1MW的先導型地熱電廠。 " "Taiwan locates in the Circum Pacific active tectonic belt and has a total of more than 128 hot spring regions. 20% of them contain the high geothermal gradient and the temperatures are between 75 – 2000C, having a good potential for the electricity power generation. 50% of them produce 50 – 740C hot spring. If we can use modern technologies to drill deeper (EGS or CEEG), reaching the effectiveness of power generation, and conduct the closed-loop water supply system, these sites may also produce economical electricity. Taiwan is an idea site for the deep geothermal resource. In Ilan, both Chinshui and Lize are categorized as the top 20% hot geothermal areas, however, the hot source may be different, one is the metamorphic rock and the other may be the igneous origin. We propose to use the available land in the Lize Industrial Zone studying and promoting a 1 MW test power plant within 3 years. The project contains the main program and 5 sub-program, including the research of geothermal reservoir, the research on water-jet and laser drilling to improve the drilling speed, the research on using both the steam and hot water for the power generation, the research on the environmental assessment for a geothermal power plant, and the research on the promotion and development for a geothermal power plant. If success, the electricity will be distributed through the smart grid. In order to achieve the maximum usage of the i-Geothermal Energy System, we propose to apply 1st stage water of 75 – 2000C for electricity production, 2nd stage water of 50 – 700C for heating or negative cooling work, 3rd stage water of 40 – 500C for hot spring usage, and 4th stage water of 300C for prawn agriculture. The universities provide the huge human resource, the private sectors use its active modifications, the local and central governments confirm their support, the 1 MW and higher capacity power plant, we believe, will be functioned in Lize, Ilan area.
