Description

Abstract
為了全面了解東海中大氣磷(P)形態的空間分佈,本計畫將從三個採樣站收集濕沉降樣品,並對有機和無機P物種進行分析。根據以往的研究結果指出,濕沉降對大氣中的磷通量有重要貢獻;此外,在濕沉降中,溶解的有機磷(DOP)在總磷上也佔有重要的角色。但是,過去並未對有機磷的組成進行研究。因此,本計畫將以超微過濾法來探討高低分子有機磷之組成。 本計畫中磷物種之分析,主要是參考Chen et al. (2008; 2010),所發展的分析方法。除此,所收集的樣品,將分析其主要陰離子與陽離子。這些參數將用來判斷海鹽之富集因子,而其他化學與物理因子之探討,在此將使用師沉降統計學上常用的群組分析和主要組成分析。 To obtain a comprehensive picture of the spatial distribution of atmospheric phosphorus (P) speciation in the East China Sea, wet deposition samples will be collected from three sampling stations and analyzed for both organic and inorganic P forms. According to the results of past researches, wet deposition has a significant contribution to the atmospheric phosphorus flux. Dissolved organic phosphorus (DOP) is the dominant P fraction in wet deposition samples. However, the composition of organic phosphorus has not been studied in the past. Therefore, this project will use ultrafiltration to investigate the composition of high and low molecular weight organic phosphorus. Phosphorus species will be analyzed by following the analytical method which was established by Chen et al. (2008; 2010). Besides, the major cations and anions will be analyzed. The enrichment factor has commonly been used to identify the strength of the sea salt sources. To understand the complexity and heterogeneous nature of wet deposition in the region, cluster and principal component analysis will be used.
