Description

Abstract
"為了降低環境的污染及溫室氣體的排放,離岸風力發電已經成為能源發展的新趨勢。臺灣西部沿海與 外島澎湖等地區風力資源豐富,正有三家能源公司在政府政策支持下投資開發利用此資源,以期降低 國內對能源進口的依賴。然而,但風力發電機散佈在海面上範圍較大,其施工與營運對於漁業資源與 漁業必然產生影響。為了保障漁民權益及海洋生態系統,在設置前、中、後的魚群群聚與數量的監測 與評估已刻不容緩。也因此,本研究擬透過海研二號研究船的科學魚探(EK60)、都普勒剖流儀及本研 究室的攜帶式科學魚探(EY60),對即將設立風力發電廠的海域空間進行漁業資源量的監測,評估風力 機組建置前、中、後魚類群集、生物量及海流動態之改變。""In order to reduce environmental pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, offshore wind farms has become a new trend of energy industry. Western coast of Taiwan and archipelagic waters of Penghu islands have rich wind energy resource. Under the support from government, there are three companies investing and exploring the wind energy, with which the dependence on energy imports will be reduced. However, the area of offshore wind farms are large and overlaying with fishing grounds. Construction and operation of wind farms can significantly affect ecosystem as well as fish and wildlife populations. In order to protect the interests of fishermen and marine ecosystems, monitoring the environment and abundance of fishes are very important. In this study, we aim to develop method and pilot study to monitor the change of fish aggregation locations, biomass and ocean current in the offshore wind farm area through scientific echo sounder (EK60) and ADCP in OR2, and portable scientific echo sounder (EY60), including the periods before, during and after the construction of wind farm."
