Description

Abstract
本計畫旨在利用既有的櫃場佈設與機具,來尋求效率最佳的儲區作業管理策略。本計畫擬納入考量的決策因子包括進出口貨櫃混儲或分儲、進出口貨櫃儲放位置、拖車數量與派遣策略等。完成之後,將以台北港貨櫃碼頭實際佈設與機具配置為例設計若干作業情境,再經由系統模擬收集每個作業情境的數據,接著利用層級資料包絡分析法(Hierarchical Data Envelopment Analysis, HDEA)求解每個作業情境的層級指標效率值。最後,再利用拔靴法截斷式迴歸分析(bootstrap truncated regression)針對決策因子對貨櫃碼頭各項效率值之影響進行檢定,據以決定最合適的碼頭儲區作業策略。
