Abstract

計畫目標是期望透過計畫整合管理，有效鏈結計畫工作項目，在地層下陷的機制、監測與分析技術、以及地層下陷減緩的決策與管理目標中，研發並提出具科學意義的學理論證及相關技術，提升臺灣地層下陷較嚴重地區的觀測、分析與管理技術，進而對該區的沉陷機制獲得明確的瞭解，提供水利及相關管理單位在減緩策略的規劃中，更準確的量化評估工具。
