Description

Abstract
1. 現有病原菌移轉預測模型多以生食蔬菜或雞肉病原菌居多,因此本研究於腸炎弧菌方面具有重要貢獻。2. 有鑑於先進國家已將風險分析列為國家重點發展方向,交叉污染預測模型是執行微生物暴露量評估的重要工具;且台灣人民平均攝食水產品量高於世界平均的2.5倍,因此建立腸炎弧菌移轉預測模型對我國水產品加業及國人極為迫切。
