Description

Abstract
本計畫整合微流體裝置、磷光相位光學感測系統、與顯微注射技術,可即時檢測斑馬魚於缺氧/再灌流模式下腦部血氧與腦細胞粒線體損傷變化,其研究成果可提供在醫學上對於中風患者因缺氧/再灌流的傷害提供進一步的瞭解,降低因注射抗血栓藥物造成腦損傷,以及評估低溫治療對於降低腦部受損與最佳低溫治療條件,有助益於臨床上提升低溫治療的效果。
