Description

Abstract
纖維化與很多疾病相關也常是致死的重要原因,本計畫將針對心臟受損病患因受運動訓練治療前後血清培養所觀察到的細胞移行能力變化上進行質譜蛋白體分析,期望從分子層級上探討去纖維化的細胞內作用機制,而鑑定出的關鍵分子將可作為去纖維化的生物指標,同時也將具有開發為臨床治療目標的潛力。
