Description

Abstract
民國96年起漁業署規定全國漁船需加裝航程紀錄器(VDR),以核定用油補助。目前約有8,000餘艘船安裝。VDR係3分鐘紀錄一筆船位,歷年資料累積迄今使資料量相當龐大,為提高VDR資料使用效率,本計畫欲重新規劃建置VDR資料庫,選擇適當底層資料庫MySQL或NoSQL,搭配WebGL圖形介面加速資料處理及圖形顯示速度。VDR之原始檔為純文字檔,用Tokenizer做為切割點,將純文字檔之資料放入資料庫,並建立索引來加速搜尋速度,另轉換為空間資料庫可加速其資料處理速度以及資料查詢的速度。另開發資料篩選界面軟體。功能包含 a. 固定形狀之範圍搜尋,如長方形,正方形。 b. 定形狀之範圍搜尋,如任意多邊形。 c. 以時間範圍搜尋。 In order to verify the subsidazation of petroleum for fishing vessel, the Fishery Agency regulated all vessels have to install VDR since 2007. There are more then 8,000 vessels has installed VDR. VDR records one GPS position data per 3 minutes. Historical data has accumulated a huge databank. In order to increase the application efficiency of VDR data, this project is planning to re-build the VDR databank with selecting a proper database for creating the VDR database, such as MySQL or NoSQL. Combining the WebGL mapping component to speed up the data process and mapping. Raw data of VDR are stored as a plain text. Use the Tokenizer as the segmental point to translate the VDR raw data into database is available and create an index key to increase look up speed. In addition, translate the database into spacial database will increase the speed of process and look up more. This project will also create an interface for looking up and data selection, including regtangle select, polygon select and time select.
