Abstract
<b>細部計畫0:溯源裝置開發與應用</b>循環農業是未來永續發展的一個願景,對於整個生態圈與環境都有非常重要的意義。在這個計畫中,我們將設計出一個機制來追蹤與驗證可再利用之農業廢棄物、如稻稈可以再製成燃料、肥料、或是藝術品。我們將本計畫分為三個執行階段,分別是系統的建立、設計多標籤驗證方法以及貨物流向的追蹤管理。在系統的建立階段,我們會建構出一個中央管理及驗證的系統,讓所有末端裝置(申請出貨進貨,手持驗證設備)可以連線至此系統,中央管理及驗證系統同時也將負責產生驗證碼,並透過數位簽章與末端裝置溝通。藉由數位簽章的使用特性,使得任何一方想要變更資料都是極為困難的事情。如果在資源的允許與設備價格可以壓低的情況下,則會額外研究使用低價位RFID標籤的可行性。透過驗證碼的追蹤並將資料帶入系統,系統便能清楚了解每一批貨物的流向。在第二個執行階段時,生產及出貨方也會印出數個標簽,而這多個標籤可做為每一批貨物的封條,收貨方僅需彈性的掃描部分標籤(如50%的標籤數量),就可以同意這批貨物的真實性(驗證為他所需要的貨物品質)。最後,系統會有一個網頁式的管理介面,並且搭配3D GIS系統來追蹤並顯示所有貨物的流向。 <b>細部計畫0:農業剩餘資源資訊平臺建置與推廣</b>    本計畫依據第6次全國農業會議,其永續類議題提出之:發展農業廢棄物資源產業化,盤點農業廢棄物資源,建立廢棄物資源交易平臺及獎勵措施,創造農業循環經濟產業化模式之整體目標,建立農業資源資訊平臺,目標透過平臺進行農業資源線上與線下資源整合。其主要推動策略目標有:(1)透明化農業剩餘資源供應鏈體系、(2)建立跨產業農業原料交流圈以及(3)建立循環農業相關績效評估指標。在上述目標下,規劃透過(1)主要農業剩餘資源盤點、(2)農業資源資訊平臺建置、(3)農業資源資訊平臺推廣與跨領域媒合作業、(4)規劃循環農業產業績效評估機制等4大工作項目,逐步建構完整循環農業供需體系,強健生質物料跨領域應用市場,以及透過滾動式績效管理作業,掌握本綱要計畫各子項之質化與量化效益,以利後續執行績效評估作業,增進循環農業不同領域研究計畫之執行績效與社會、產業貢獻。 <b>0:Design and applications of traceability devices for circular agriculture</b>Circular agriculture is a vision for future sustainability, it is vital for the ecosystem and to support the environment. In this project, we are to implement a mechanism to trace and verify the authenticity of agricultural waste products that can be processed for other uses, i.e., straws can be processed for fuel, fertilizers, and artistic products. First, a system will be developed to record and trace the waste products. The general system will contain a management server which terminal devices, i.e., code generators and portable authentication devices, can connect to. This system will use digital signatures along with QR codes or low-cost RFID tags to trace the export and import activities of the products. For processing facilities, they will require import codes in order to create outport tags to sell the final products. With digital signatures applied to all terminals, it is very difficult to forge non-authentic codes. This will create a complete tracing record of each product. Second, we will develop mechanisms to create multiple codes of seals for each batch of products. Thes code labels can then be used as a verification seal during the transportation process. The issuer will have to scan all the codes to approve the delivery, and the buyer has to scan at most 50% of the code labels upon receiving the package to approve authenticity. Finally, we will create a web system incorporated with 3D-GIS technology to show the flow of each product. <b>0:Construction and promotion of agricultural surplus resources information platform</b>   This project is based on the sustainable issues of the 6th national agricultural conference, which is to develop the industrialization of agricultural waste resources, inventory agricultural waste resources, establish waste resources trading platform and incentive measures, create the overall goal of agricultural circular economy industrialization mode, establish agricultural resources information platform, and integrate agricultural resources online and offline through the platform. The main strategic objectives are: (1) transparent supply chain system of agricultural surplus resources; (2) establishment of cross industry exchange circle of agricultural raw materials; and (3) establishment of performance evaluation indicators related to circular agriculture. Under the above objectives, the plan will gradually build a complete supply and demand system of circular agriculture, strengthen the cross domain application market of biological materials, and develop a rolling performance management system through four major work projects: (1) inventory of major agricultural surplus resources; (2) construction of agricultural resources information platform; (3) promotion and cross domain matchmaking of agricultural resources information platform; (4) planning of performance evaluation mechanism of circular agriculture industry In order to facilitate the follow-up performance evaluation and enhance the implementation performance and social and industrial contribution of research projects in different fields of circular agriculture.
