Abstract
"本研究應用大數據與災害風險分析技術,針對基隆市進行「在地災害潛勢研判」、「在地情資數據掌控」、「在地災害風險應用」等課題進行研析,達成情資同步共享及深化地方災防科研,評估基隆市災害風險及高風險區域;同時,將氣候變遷危害情境融入韌性城市操作,進行極端災害情境設定,分析現況及未來的防災調適策略作為 以因應極端災害威脅。 "
