Description

Abstract
"本計畫應用地理資訊系統結合智慧防災科技,針對坡地災害風險的熱區,應用人工智慧進行地下水位與坡地災害風險時空分布的評估,並研擬極端降雨對於坡地社區韌性與工作坊教案教材,以提升坡地社區因應氣候變遷影響之韌性。模式中考量未飽和土層之山崩與滑動機制,以智慧防災技術提供後續坡地災害之整備、預防與應變。海岸聚落進行坡地災害風險及脆弱度分析,擬定出考量社會體系之調適管理策略,以建置坡地災害韌性策略,強化濱海地區民眾之韌性與自主防災意識。成果可供相關政府機關坡地防災施政參考,如國土管理署、農村發展及水土保持署、各縣市政府等之災害管理策略。"
