Description

Abstract
現今食品工業大量使用HDPE與Polystyrene做為食品包材具有質輕、便利等優勢,但這些石化產物回收不易,燃燒後會衍生大量衝擊環境的毒化物。有鑑於此申請者提出一種複合煅燒牡蠣殼粉/褐藻酸鈉/澱粉之生質塑膠材料之研究,利用褐藻酸鈉與鈣離子之交聯效應,複合修飾澱粉與大豆油間產生具光學特性之效應合成具有抗菌機能、可撓且高機械強度生質薄膜作為保鮮墊。第二年則導入不同發泡劑衍生多孔性之生質泡棉盤,於第三年應用在石斑魚保存及冷鏈物流。透過本研究開發國造生質塑膠材料並解決環境永續問題。本計畫研發之生物塑膠與冷鏈物流技術亦可延伸於其他領域。
