Abstract
社會面向: 透過生物型負碳科技的應用,建立可持續的產業、生態環境和食品生產鏈,有效減少我國的溫室氣體排放,有助於提升食品生產的可持續性,進而增進食品安全,減少環境污染對食品的影響,有望為社會提供更穩固和永續的發展基礎。 經濟面向: 透過藻種篩選、碳匯方法學、藻類多階段生物精煉技術和人工肉品精煉技術等創新性科技的研發,推動相應的新興產業,提高碳封存效率,進而降低碳排放成本,對企業節能減碳和低碳經濟具有積極影響,提升臺灣的經濟競爭力。 學術發展面向: 透過整合海藻培育、碳匯、食品科學、生質酒精和產品碳足跡等不同領域的專業,有助於促進跨領域的協作,推動知識創新,拓展學術研究的深度和廣度。
