dc.description.abstract | 饕客們嗜食的海鮮大致囊括魚蝦貝類,新鮮蝦類所製作出的料理,不但風味絕美且極具營養,熱量也較為低,常讓人不禁一口接一口。我們常食用的蝦包括俗稱的蝦子、龍蝦及螯蝦等,都是經濟價值高的水產品。由於臺灣曾有草蝦王國之美譽,經由水產養殖出的蝦類為國家賺進不少外匯。除了食用功能外,部份蝦類因形態特殊及顏色豔麗,亦為水族箱中賞心悅目的觀賞生物。本文將從基礎生物科學角度,詳細介紹蝦子身體各部份構造、分類、生殖及生活史等,使讀者有較全面性的認知。 | en_US |
