dc.description.abstract | 本計畫主題在遠端操控水下機械臂系統應用於水下施工作業之技術研究,而總體目標在對自製之半自主式、視窗導引、目標物導向以及具有高階工作規化能力、影像辨識、測距與運動控制特性之監督式操控水下機械臂系統,固定裝置於水槽上之六軸平台運動模擬器以模擬機械臂固定於ROV之環境,同時把製作完成之模擬施工物件置於水槽,進行物件夾取之下施工等常用細部工作,以模擬在ROV系統上之半自主式水下機械臂之水下作業工程。 本計畫已製作完成遠端操控水下機械臂系統,同時已應用於水下操控及打撈物件之實驗。此水下施工作業之基本程序已完成,同時已加裝六軸平台運動模擬器已用於模擬試驗機械臂裝於ROV在海中運動的情況下,水下機械臂系統作業狀態,以使實驗更接近實際之水下作業環境,本實驗已建立整個物件夾取及水下打撈之作業程式,然而由實驗結果得知,如果六軸平台運動模擬器運動速度過快,則因PTU之操控速度不足,加上誤差使定位困難度增加,為求改善ROV較快速度擺動時之水下作業水準,本計畫已加入雙眼視覺立體對應點匹配技術配合超音波測距來定位,已改善整個水下作業定位準確度,機械臂以也已完成編碼器實驗進行校正工作,並改善其運動誤差。目前測距方面,傳統測距器及自製測距器以改善其測距品質,使整個水下機械臂系統之水下作業更趨完整且較接近實際之水下作業狀態。 | en_US |
