dc.description.abstract | 南澳漁港位於宜蘭蘇澳鎮沿海,建成二十餘年來因東北季風和颱風交互影響,造成航道嚴 重淤積,本試驗中設計三種改善方案預改善此現況,以數值模擬預測成效,並配合水工模型試 驗結果比對,找出最適合的改善方案。本研究採用 OPEN TELEMAC-MASCARET 系統中 TOMAWAC、TELEMAC-2D 和 SISYPHE 三個模組進行耦合,模擬南澳漁港現地在季風及颱風 作用下的侵淤狀況,再針對三種改善方案進行模擬試驗,以侵淤變化量為重點進行評估。經過 結果分析,在改善配置 B 中,將原北消波塊攔砂堤改建為混凝土堤,可以改善在東北季風波浪 條件下北邊沿岸流夾帶漂沙流入漁港外岬灣,減少岬灣內淤積現象;把南澳漁港的南防波堤延 長 120 m 也可以有效抵抗颱風條件下外海波浪繞射,將沙帶入岬內。綜合上述,改善配置 B 為 此次設計改善方案中,最能減少南澳漁港淤積問題。 | en_US |
