The yellowfin seabream fry (8.67 ± 1.75 g) were exposed to three lead concentrations (4.8, 9.6 and 24.3 μM) after 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 days in salinity 34per mille seawater. Accumulation of lead in the tissues increased directly with ambient lead concentration and exposure time. Fish exposed to lead at 4.8 μM after 7 days, accumulation of lead in gill, liver, intestine, muscle and bone was 149.65, 159.46, 284.31, 30.39, and 38.97 μg/g WW (wet weight). Fish exposed to lead at 9.6 μM and 24.3 μM after 7 days, accumulation of lead in gill, liver, intestine, muscle and bone was 260.11, 240.85, 432.90, 39.67, and 45.77 μg/g, and 345.87, 262.03, 539.40, 41.47, and 47.57 μg/ g, respectively. After 7 days, accumulation of lead in the tissue was in the order of intestine, gill, liver, bone and muscle. Intestine was the major organ for the lead accumulation in yellowfin seabream when exposed to lead tainted seawater.本研究探討黃鰭鯛(Acanthopagrus latus)幼魚暴露在外界鉛環境下體內各組織之蓄積情形,黃鰭鯛幼魚(8.67 ± 1.75 g)暴露在鹽度千分之34之海水及鉛濃度(4.8、9.6及24.3μM)下經過1、2、3、5及7天後,各組織之鉛濃度隨外界鉛濃度及暴露天數的增加而增加(p < 0.05)。黃鰭鯛幼魚暴露在4.8 μM之鉛環境下7天後,其鰓、肝臟、腸、肌肉及骨頭之鉛蓄積量分別為149.65、159.46、284.31、30.39及38.97 μg/g WW (wetweight,濕重)。暴露在9.6 μM之鉛環境下7天後,上述組織之鉛含量分別為260.11、240.85、432.90、39.67及45.77 μg/g WW。暴露在24.3 μM之鉛環境下7天後,上述組織之鉛含量分別為345.87、262.03、539.40、41.47及47.57 μg/g WW。在所有的鉛濃度下暴露7天後,組織中鉛含量由高至低分別為腸、鰓、肝臟、骨頭及肌肉,因此,當黃鰭鯛幼魚蓄養在海水中,腸道是最主要的鉛蓄積組織。 |
