dc.description.abstract | (JA) 【課題】エビにおけるビブリオ感染に対するワクチン及びその作製方法の提供。 【解決手段】本発明は特に、本発明のワクチンは、エビにおけるビブリオ感染に対する免疫の強化かつ延長を誘導する、熱不活化ビブリオ細胞とホルマリン不活化ビブリオ細胞の混合物を含む。PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vaccine to vibrio infection in prawns and a method for manufacturing the vaccine. SOLUTION: Vaccine of the present invention contains a mixture of a heat-inactivated vibrio cell and a formalin-inactivated vibrio cell which induces enhancement and extension in immunity to vibrio infection in prawns.
