dc.description.abstract | 航空運輸是結合科技、管理、人文等面向的綜合性學門。學生學習的目標,乃希望瞭解航空運輸知識和認識產業運作的內涵,以判斷自己未來是否可以從事此一行業。本研究藉由自我導引學習的活動設計,輔助學理講授之內涵,將實務情境從現場實體參訪、綜蒐網路專業知識和產業專家前輩訪談相結合,以期增加修課同學的學習成效。透過期初的空運普及知識測驗、各項活動表現評分、期末綜合測驗成績,以及學生期末之學習回饋作為本案教學成效之分析資料。從成績評量結果發現,期末總成績的優劣與個人未學習前之空運知識程度未有顯著相關。從同學知覺性學習成效的反饋發現,學生的學習動機對學習成效有正面影響,但依然較習慣課堂學理的直接講授,雖有引導活動的設計,整體而言對學習成效並未有顯著的影響。細部探討各活動的影響性,課堂講授、產業前輩專訪對學習成效有顯著的正向影響。檢討課程執行過程,發現同學對於選修課程,需要付出過多額外時間進行導引活動,與原先修課初衷可能有所落差。
Air transportation is a synthesis course that combines technology, management, and humanity. The aim of students learning this course is keen to understand the professional knowledge and further realize the operation of this industry. That can help students ensure they can be suitable to work in this industry. This study employs designed self-directed learning activities to involve the teaching processes. Let students can confront the virtual reality situation through a physical visit, network website learning, and interviews with industrial seniors to improve their learning performance. The learning performance measures students' original general knowledge, evaluation in every activity, term grades, and learning feedback. The evaluated term grades are not influenced by the students' initial general understanding levels. From the student's perceived learning feedback, the motivation of selecting this course positively influences the learning performance. However, students still used to passively accept the instruction in the class rather than be attracted by the self-directed activities. Then, a statistic test will be conducted to ensure the positive influence of scholarship teaching and self-directed learning on the student's learning performance. The class instruction and industrial pioneer interview are statistically significant factors to the learning performance. Students reflected a gap between spending much time and effort on an option course for self-directed activities and the original motivation to select this course. | en_US |
