Description

Abstract
本計畫為兩年度計畫,第一(96)年度乃針對交通部運輸研究所於民國93年所修訂之「港灣構造物設計基準修訂」報告中尚缺乏之資料進行增補,主要研究成果包含(1)研究海堤胸牆高度與越流量(越波量)之關係;(2)研擬設計波浪包括使用年限及其破壞機率;(3)研擬海堤工程及海岸保護工程(包括離岸堤、潛堤、突堤等)之設計方式;(4)研究直立壁位於水面上之揚壓力分佈計算方式;(5)確認各港水準之精度;(6)修訂地盤分類表使其與最新建築技術規則一致;(7)研究極限設計之載重組合之建議等增補項目。   本(97)年度係繼去年度進行之基準增補完成後,將參考去年度設計基準中之有關外廓設施與繫船設施之研究成果,針對港灣之外廓設施及繫船設施等港灣結構物,研擬適合國人之參考設計手冊。 This project is a two-year project, in which the tasks in the first year is to perform a complementary study for Harbor Structure Design Standard Revision, published by Institute of Transportation, MOTC (IOT) in 2004, and the main tasks includes (1) relationships between crown height and overtopping rate,(2) common values of design conditions of waves, including lifetime and probability of failure of a coastal structure, (3)design methods of seawall and shore protection works (including offshore breakwaters, submerged breakwaters, groins and etc.), (4)methods of calculating pressure distribution of lift force above free surface acting on a vertical wall, (5)methods of examining the accuracy of Chart datum of each port,(6)the bedrock classification table is modified to comply with the newest architecture technique regulations,(7) Suggestions of combinations of load on the limit state of design method. After the completion of revising the standards, this year the standards and manuals used in other countries will be referenced, and design manuals of harbor facilities such as breakwaters and mooring structures for national applications will be devised and published in the future.
