Description

Abstract
In the subject, the Bragg reflection for irregular wave propagation over a series of submerged breakwaters is investigated. Based on Miles?HH?HH (1981) theory, the wave reflection coefficient for wave propagation over various composite series submerged breakwaters is derived. The wave model is developed by Hsu et al. (2004) and is used to simulate the Bragg reflection for irregular wave propagation over a series of submerged breakwaters. The capability of various composite series submerged breakwaters is verified by numerical results.
