Description

Abstract
"海洋運動觀光的發展從運動、休閒、遊憩、觀光慢慢拓展與形成,由於國內對於海洋運動觀光產業之專業人才仍無相關規範,因此,在面對如此新興與深具發展潛力的產業,更有其必要對於專業能力的掌握與課程規劃與市場需求進行瞭解。本研究旨在透過文獻探討、焦點團體、內容分析、層級分析、專家德爾菲、問卷調查與深度訪談等方法,來瞭解海洋運動觀光專業能力需求、評估現階段之課程內容與目標,進而建構符合產業需求之專業人才培育課程。第一階段擬以文獻分析法與焦點團體法進行歸納與彙整海洋運動觀光及專業能力需求等相關理論,以期建構海洋運動觀光專業能力需求評估指標。第二階段擬以內容分析法與層級分析法為研究方法,比對海洋運動相關系所課程目標與內容,再透過問卷調查瞭解大專校院海洋運動觀光相關系所畢業學生對於運動觀光專業需求評估指標之相對權重。第三階段以產業界、官方組織、學術界具代表性之專家學者進行研究專家德爾菲法,並對大專校院海洋運動觀光相關系所在學學生進行問卷調查,最後在針對大專校院海洋運動觀光相關科系在學學生與海洋運動觀光之產業界為深度訪談法之研究對象,歸納分析歸納導引出產學媒合之關連,進而提出整體研究成果報告。""Starting from sport, leisure, recreation and tourism, Ocean Sport Tourism in Taiwan has been developing to a considerable scale and the demand of professionals from the rising industry is becoming intensive. Therefore, it is necessary to match the provided professional training course in education institutes to the demand of professional competences from the industry. The study aims to understand the demand from the ocean sport tourism industry and to examine the current training course provided by the university in order to establish a set of training course that fully meets the requirement of the industry. In the first stage, we establish an evaluation index of professional competence through literatures and theories review, and focus group interview. In the second stage, we utilize content analysis and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to compare the contents and goals of current Ocean sport tourism courses in the university, and then we conduct a survey on the Ocean Sport Tourism graduates to understand the relative weight (RW) of the evaluation index. In the final stage, we find the key link between the university and the industry by conducting Delphi Method with representatives of the government, the industry and the academics and by surveys on the current students of Ocean Sport Tourism departments in the university. We then complete the research report with in-depth interviews with the students and representatives from the industry."
