Abstract
"在機場營運的過程當中,自助式服務科技的採用對旅客、航空公司與機場管理當局而言越來越重要。 本研究創學術界之首例,探討旅客對於「快速旅遊服務」的認知、以及影響旅客使用快速旅遊服務意願的 相關因子。由於快速旅遊服務大都需藉由自助式科技服務來達成,本研究擬界定在「以科技基礎自我 服務為核心,科技接受模式與價值理論的深化與修正為輔」,以既有的態度模型、計畫行為理論、科 技接受模式與價值理論等為基礎,界定快速旅遊服務及相關研究構面的定義,並將此一概念轉化為可 以操作的研究變數,以便進一步探討消費者的使用意圖所衍生出來的各種跨層次議題。本計畫預計執 行二年,第一年的工作重點之一為發展快速旅遊服務之概念及問項,綜整行銷與資管文獻近年來對於 科技基礎自我服務、科技接受、乃至於價值理論與消費者行為研究相關之文獻,建構由本研究首先提 出之「快速旅遊服務研究問卷」。第一年的工作重點之二為建構外部因子與上述快速旅遊服務架構的 關聯,包括:消費者特質與情境因素等兩大類。其次,第二年的工作重點除了問卷設計、發放與資料 分析以外,本研究擬從服務業行銷的角度,驗證快速旅遊服務本研究所提研究架構之關連乃至於外部 構面對整體架構的影響。""Adopting self-services at airports has become increasingly important to passengers, airline companies, and airport managers. This research is an initial study that investigates air travelers’ perceptions of fast travel service and the factors influencing air travelers’ intentions to use fast travel service. Based on Technology-Based Self-Service, Technology Acceptance Model, and Theory of Value, this study first defined and developed the concepts of fast travel service and relevant constructs, transforming these concepts into measurable constructs and variables, thus discussing the derivative issues of usage and intention. This research is designed for a two-year project, and the main research points are different from each year. By integrating analysis of relevant issues, this study is divided into three different arrangements, including “concept and measures development of fast travel service, causal paths between fast travel service, TAM, TPB, and Value Theory (year 1),” “research of constructing the relationship moderators and our research model (year 1),” and “questionnaire design, data collection, and research of integrating TAM, TBSS and air transport service (year2).”
