"希望利用環境因子控制、益生菌和免疫激活物質的處理,提高種蝦存活率、成熟率和單位生產量,並期望利用人工飼料有效率培養與催熟種蝦. 1. 白蝦種蝦培育模式之建立:藉由本試驗可建立白蝦在玻璃纖維桶中培育方式與最適當的放養密度,進而了解最適當的種蝦培育體型,以作為白蝦種蝦培育之參考. 2. 利用有益微生物控制種蝦培育環境,以有效提高種蝦培育的活存率和單位生產量. 3. 開發白蝦種蝦培育與催熟的人工飼料,已完全取代生鮮餌料. 4. 分析白蝦種蝦培育之成本與經濟效益,以評估白蝦種蝦培育方法之可行性." "　@　@White shrimp has been cultured in Taiwan for three years. It is a new species cultured in Taiwan to accomplish the declining production of marine shrimp. The farmer use the super high intensive and recirculated system in indoor or outdoor system to culture. Therefore, we must have a good management procedure and technique to culture this species in order to have fast growing shrimp.
Moreover the broodstock resource of white shrimp is very important for shrimp cultural industry. Therefore, how to develop a good technique to incubate broodstock and induce ovary maturation is a focal point for this research. And we hope to use the artificial diet with different steroid hormone to treat and induce ovary maturation.
Microbial probiotic is a term which, in aquaculture, usually refers to a bacterial supplement of a single or mixed culture of selected bacteria. The objective of this study was to evaluate if routine use of probiotic, immuno-stimulatant, could improve water quality and growth at broodstock culture density of white shrimp."
