"本計畫要建立養殖魚貨之電腦化魚貨資訊管理架構，並擬從現有魚市場之資訊訊息中，擇取魚貨來源及魚貨販售流向之相關資料，從而建立數位資訊化之魚貨可追蹤系統。本年度預計完成下列目標；

1. 強化漁產品運銷自動化及電子化基礎建設
2. 規劃台灣漁產品供應鏈產、製、銷作業流程及紀錄規範
3. 辦理六場系統建構規劃說明會
4. 漁產品追蹤管理中心系統架構設計規劃
5. 主動回報系統模擬運作。

本年度計畫將以台北魚市場等為示範，建立電子化追蹤管理系統，以做為未來修正推廣之用。" "In this project, a pilot digital traceability system for aquaculture products will be established and the relationship bewteen growers, suppliers and buyers in the seafood auction market will be retrived to further link from the fish producers to the retailors. To achieve this, the following tasks will be conducted:
1. Strengening digital information system.
2. Developing guidelines for taiwan seafood supplying chain standard record format.
3. Holding workshops to provide training for the potential users of the system.
4. Planning the data-base structure of the controling system.
5. Designing the automatic uploading system of seafood traceability records.

Two auction market sites will be selected to test the pilot seafood traceability system, from producer to retailor."
