Description

Abstract
"本計畫目的在於收集條石鯛以便培育成種魚,同時並進行孵化繁殖技術之研發,以確定種魚最適雌雄比,觀察並紀錄條石鯛胚胎發育各時期之變化及時間,以做為未來人工孵化繁殖之依據。 另外也進一步希望研發條石鯛人工飼料和營養需求,本計畫設計投餵不同含量之蛋白質飼料找出對條石鯛成長最適蛋白質含量,再利用最適蛋白量搭配不同油脂求出條石鯛最適油脂含量,以做為未來條石鯛人工飼料開發與製造之參考。" "The purpose of this study is to collect rock porgy (<I>Oplegnathus fasciatus</I>) and nurture into broodstock. For determine optimal sex ratio in broodstock, and observe and record embryonic development period of change and time, as a basis for future <EM>artificial</EM> hatching technology. In addition, we also hope that the research and development of artificial rock porgy diet and nutritional needs. This project is designed feed different concentrations of protein diet to find out the optimal protein content for growth. Then, we use optimal protein content with different concentrations of lipid to find out optimal lipid for growth. This is for artificial diet of rock porgy development and manufacturing basis."
