Description

Abstract
"    本計畫將利用已確定功效之「益生菌」菌種與發酵製程之「發酵魚粉」,依特定比例取代現用魚粉,預期可提高石斑魚對飼料的利用率,進而減少魚粉的使用,達到降低飼料成本的效益,並透過益生菌與發酵魚粉的添加,加速魚隻成長、縮短養殖期、降低養殖風險、提高石斑魚抗病能力,以持續提高我國石斑魚產業在國際市場的競爭力。" "    This study uses effective probiotics strain and specialized fermented fish meal as partial replacement for fish meal in grouper diets, which aims for higher feed utilization, lower fish meal content and higher profit. Also, probiotics and fermented fish meal are used to increase fish growth and resistance to diseases as well as to decrease rearing period and aquaculture risk, in order to raise our grouper market competitiveness continuously. "
