Description

Abstract
"石斑魚苗的孵化育成已成為台灣近幾年來的重要產業,然而石斑苗的孵化過程投以餌料生物如輪蟲、豐年蝦和橈腳類,這些活餌易帶病源體,而造成魚苗的活存率低,如何克服細菌與病毒的感染,唯有停用活餌改以人工微粒飼料投餵,方能克服低活存率的問題,本計劃擬開發石斑魚苗的初期人工飼料,探討最適的初期人工飼料的配方,人工微粒飼料的溶失率與沈降速度,並餵食石斑魚苗測定期活存率與成長率,其能開發石斑魚苗的人工微粒飼料,解決魚苗低活存率的難題。" "The grouper hatchery industry has been become an important aquaculture in Taiwan. The living organisms, rotifer, Artemia, and copepoda are used as suitable foods for larval groupers. However, these living organisms usually carry with a large amount of bacteria and virus which cause high mortality of groupers. The only way to overcome the infection by pathogen is using artificial diets to replace living organisms. In this study, we try to develop the microparticulate artificial diets for larval groupers. The first thing is to establish a suitable dietary formular for larval groupers. Then, we test this formular whether it is fitted for larval grouper or not. We test the leaching rate, and floating rate of artificial diets. And we feed larval groupers with this microparticulate diet and investigate the survival and growth rate of larval groupers. By this microparticulate diet, we hope to solve the high mortality problem of larval groupers."
