"石斑魚為高經濟價值魚種，在市場具有相當的潛力。由於石斑魚生性兇猛，對人工飼料接受度較低並具強烈殘食習性，且近幾年來養殖幼苗受細菌與病毒感染而造成大量死亡，為提高育成率與降低疾病風險，計畫將利用免疫生物技術針對石斑魚養殖供應鏈開發關鍵性技術與生產關鍵性產品。研發高育成率之石斑育苗技術及育苗系統，並配合優質飼料，降低其殘食性並生產對病原有較好抵抗力之優良石斑種苗。另外，使用魚用疫苗以提昇整體魚群健康，以及免疫雞蛋抗體也被證實具有被動免疫保護的效果。一方面餵飼具有免疫調節與包覆疫苗之人工飼料，增強石斑對病原之抵抗力。針對石斑魚關鍵性免疫的防治與保護，以達到最終提升魚類免疫的效果。" "Grouper is a high economic worth fish, have suitable potentiality on the market. In addition, use vaccine in order to promote fish healthy, and immune chicken egg antibody verify passive immunity result that protect too. On one hand feed artificial feed about have immune adjustment and covering vaccine, strengthen resistance to the antigen of the grouper. To prevention with disease supplies the key cure and protection, improve fish's immune result."
