Description

Abstract
對海運貿易作業流程而言,海運區塊鏈技術被視為是一項能帶來突破式創新的新興科技,然而,在實證研究領域上,卻少有文獻從組織內外部因素的觀點,探討海運區塊鏈系統發展之影響因素。本研究綜合與歸納相關文獻之後,擬結合定性與定量研究方法,探討流程虛擬化能力(系統互動能力、系統傳達能力、系統追蹤能力)、組織間信任(組織間能力信任、組織間善意信任、組織間契約信任)、制度壓力(模仿壓力、強制壓力、規範壓力)對海運區塊鏈系統發展之影響,並分析市場不確定性的調節效果。本研究結合模糊德爾菲法(定性)與實證調查(定量)的研究方法,首先經由模糊德爾菲法進行專家意見調查,求取共識,以篩選出最適衡量指標以調整研究架構及研究假說,再利用實證調查法針對所回收之問卷,採用結構方程模式的方法,進行資料分析與模式驗證。最後,本研究將依據實證分析結果提出理論意涵及實務應用之建議,上述意涵與研究發現,可提供臺灣海運產業瞭解規劃與推動海運區塊鏈可能會帶來的機會與挑戰。Maritime blockchain is expected to bring a revolutionary paradigm shift in the manner the transactions in the maritime industry. However, very limited empirical research has been used the intra- and inter-organizational perspectives to examine the determinants of maritime blockchain system development. This study proposes the research model to examine the effects of process virtualization capability (representation, reach, and monitoring capability), interorganizational trust (competence trust, goodwill trust, and contract trust), and institutional pressures (mimetic pressure, coercive pressure, and normative pressure) on maritime blockchain system development and further explores the moderations effects of market turbulence. This study combines qualitative and quantitative methods to verify the research model. First, the research model has been revised according to the result of fuzzy Delphi process. Then, the survey research is included to examine the revised research model and hypotheses. Moreover, the structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the hypothesized relationships between the constructs in the research model. Finally, this study will provide a valuable reference for maritime industry researchers and practitioners to understand the potential opportunities and threats of maritime blockchain adoption.
