Description

Abstract
隨著西太平洋沿岸經貿活動的快速成長、中華經濟圈的形成,為我國帶來了無限的商機與成長機會,競爭環境的激烈使得國際商港在經營型態上勢必隨之改變。在使客戶滿意的傳達過程中,具國際觀的行銷觀念是全體員工所必須具備的,每位員工均扮演著行銷的執行角色,員工都能將自己視為客戶滿意的創造者及提升港埠競爭力的優勢的主導者。 為達成港埠競爭力的提昇,創造顧客滿意的價值感,有必要讓港埠員工同仁瞭解各種行銷的內涵,以及做好行銷管理活動-行銷規劃執行與控制-,俾有利本局之經營管理,因此本計畫擬先收集港埠相關資料,彙整出有關國際港埠行銷的內容。其後再以此資料邀請相關人員從事講習研討。其中訓練課程將分十四次,研討港務局的競爭性行銷策略,以其建立基隆港的共同願景及價值觀;藉由相關議題的研討,培養員工正確的行銷觀念,以提昇基隆港的競爭力及滿足客戶需求、創造貨源。The trainning programimg Keelung Harbor marketing people This trainning program provides employee with a practice and concrete explanation of the marketing concepts and skills.They will need to manage today's new organizational environment,to achieve this goal.The program emphasize a number of major marketing themes,including 1.Scanning marketing research. 2.Developing marketing research. 3.Delivering superior customer value patisbaction and quality. 4.Implementing and evaluating marketing strategy. 5.Developing marketing planning. 6.Relationship marketing. 7.Creating competitive and ventage:competition analysis and competitive market of straties.
