Description

Abstract
"疫苗為動物生產成功的一個重要環節,病毒與細菌的干擾使水產生物生長的量受到嚴重打擊,因此開發適合國內養殖之高抗病性疫苗,本計畫擬開發口服長效性疫苗:1)複合型不活化病毒口服疫苗2)次單元不活化疫苗3)弧菌多價不活化疫苗4)IgY抗體,並以兩兩組合與IgY組添加在飼料中,其組合為(A)不活化細菌疫苗與不活化病毒疫苗組(B)不活化細菌疫苗與次單元疫苗組(C)IgY組(IgY 0%、1%、2%、3%及4%)(D)空白對照組,以長效性口服疫苗添加在飼料中來克服疾病的問題。" "To have a success in aquatic animal culture, the vaccine is an important key. The mass mortality of grouper aquaculture is due to the attack of virus and bacteria. Therefore, the oral vaccine for bacteria and virus is an urgent issue to develop. In this program, we will develop a suitable vaccine to protect this industry in Taiwan. This project will develop three different type vaccines ,inactive virus complex vaccine , inactivated vibrio complex vaccine, NNV,GIV and TGIV subunit complex vaccines and IgY.We will combine i) inactivated vibrio complex vaccine and NNV,GIV and TGIV subunit complex vaccine. ii) inactivated vibrio complex vaccine  and  inactivated virus complex vaccine. iii) IgY(0%、1%、2%、3% and4%). iv) control treatment. The long term and oral vaccine supplemented in artificial diets is a priority purpose for this study."
