Description

Abstract
"隨著船舶大型化及無人自動化碼頭的趨勢,貨櫃碼頭的裝卸作業效率日漸受到貨櫃碼頭營運業者 的重視,為協助貨櫃碼頭營運業者有效率的安排貨櫃場內拖車排程與路線規劃,本研究應用隨機需求 模型及時空網路建構貨櫃拖車在橋式起重機與門式起重機之拖車排程與路線模式,求解最佳化之車隊 數量、路線規劃與時程安排。研究中探討貨櫃場營運作業情形下,考量隨機性之貨櫃裝卸問題,最小 化貨櫃碼頭營運成本和行駛及因等候所造成的延滯成本,依據等候理論中的M/M/S 模型指派貨櫃拖 車至起重機間的服務。為評估模式及演算法之實用績效,本研究根據港口提供的實際數據,並採用 GAMS 作業研究軟體以求得最佳解。此外,本研究亦將求解結果與實際作業狀況之貨櫃拖車排程與 路線模式之結果比較,協助貨櫃碼頭營運業者做出最佳決策,並可於未來實務應用之參考。""With a tendency of ship size enlargement and the automated ports, the efficiency of loading and discharging operation in the container terminals has become an important issue to terminal operators. In order to assist terminal operators in planning yard trucks (YT) routing and scheduling problems efficiently, this study develops a stochastic demand model and utilizes the time-space network technique to solve the yard trucks moving problems among all quay cranes (QC) and yard cranes (YC). The purpose of this study is to optimize yard truck routing and scheduling model for container loading and discharging under stochastic demand, while the objective function is to minimize the total cost of operating which considers the queuing theory with M/M/S model. The model can be used to evaluate a real world problem in an international port, and utilizes GAMS to solve the problems. Therefore, we will compare the model results with the results from the practical operations. The analysis result could be useful references for port operators in actual practice."
