"本研究的主要目的在於探討與航管人員疲勞相關的問題，並將研究結果納入排班的考量之中。研究將分兩年進行，第一年分析影響航管人員執勤疲勞的因素，第二年則應用第一年的研究結果，對航管人員的排班進行研究，以尋找較不易產生執勤疲勞的排班方式。本研究將結合計量經濟學中常用的分析隱藏變數相互關係的「結構方程模式(Structural Equation Model, SEM)」來探討影響航管人員執勤疲勞的隱藏因素。並以「離散選擇模式(discrete choice model)」分析影響航管人員疲勞的隱藏因素與外生因素。"
