"本研究分為兩期，第一期將以風險管理方法，分析各種客艙異常事件對於飛航安全的影響。此部分為針對相關民航專家，以結構性問卷獲得他們對前述12 項客艙異常事件對飛航安全可能影響程度的看法。並以風險管理理論將此主觀意見與客觀衡量的資料 (即我國飛安基金會的統計資料)結合，探討12 項客艙異常事件對飛航安全的風險因子。此研究結果可做為民航主管單位與航空公司改善先後秩序的參考。第二期為分析國人對於客艙安全相關問題的瞭解程度，並研擬提昇一般大眾客艙安全意識的作法。主要為透過結構性問卷獲得搭機旅客對於客艙異常事件的認知，此部分資料的分析結果可以跟第一期民航專家的分析結果比較，亦可瞭解一般民眾最缺乏的與客艙安全相關的知識，及其最適合的傳播管道。對於提昇整體飛航安全將有一定的助益。""The research includes two parts.
