Description

Abstract
"船用螺旋槳於製造過程中,由於鑄造或是加工所造成的誤差,對於螺旋槳 性能的影響是不可忽視的。目前由於計算與實驗技術的演進,螺槳設計的精度 越來越高,但如果製造端無法配合,則無論是多麼精良的設計都無法顯現出來。 本產學計畫的參與廠商,鑄造完成的螺槳會有明顯的變形,目前修正的方法是 以人工整型方式克服,本研究的目的即是希望透過解析,對於熱變形進行預測, 找出並預估鑄造的變形,期能在模具設計時做變形量修正,如此對產品品質和 成本上都可以大幅提升,產品的競爭性也可以提高。 本計畫首先將進行熱變形的分析,其次對於變形後的螺槳幾何進行幾何反 算,並由此推算製模時的應有幾何,熱變形分析使用的軟體為廣泛被應用的商 業軟體ANSYS,而對於螺槳幾何的反算,則是自行發展程式進行計算。" "During the manufacturing process of the marine propellers, the geometric errors due to casting and machine cutting often result in performance defects. As the improvement of the propeller design methods, the consistency between the design geometry and manufactured geometry becomes more and more important. The company involved in this project has the problem of geometry deformation after the casting, and manually adjustment is adopted to correct this problem. The purpose of the proposed project is to developed a prediction method to the thermal deformation, and to establish a reverse geometry computational algorithm. The prediction of the geometry deformation can thus used to adjust the geometry manufactured, and eliminate the manually process. It is believed that the quality of products can be improved and the cost can be reduced. In this project, the thermal deformation will be made first, and the commercial software ANSYS will be used for this. The reverse geometry will then be carried out, and self-developed program will be used in this stage."
