本計畫「水下HI-LEDs 穿隧效應研究暨燈具開發」主要是針對高功率發光二極體（Hight-Power Light Emitting Diode，HI-LED）相關應用的開發研究，特別是HI-LEDs 照明燈具系統產品裝備於水下 (Underwater)穿隧效應的分析探討，並建立其水下熱流照明性能的量測方法。台灣目前已經是全世界生產HI-LED 的主要國家，產值高達前三名，更是一四面環海的美麗島國。如果要持續保持這樣的優勢暨掌握相關技術，比其他國家更領先進一步建立HI-LEDs 照明裝備於水下穿隧效應的開發研究暨相關分析量測方法是非常重要的。目前市場上HI-LEDs 產品單一晶粒（Die）已有100 Lm/W 以上的發光效率，成本也從數年前的3 NTD/Lm 降到0.3 NTD/Lm 以下，具有不錯的市場競爭力。HI-LEDs 的體積尺寸小、重量輕且耐抗震，具有低直流電壓驅動，耗能低，從通電流到發光過程的反應時間極短。而且晶粒溫度越低則壽命越長，可長達十年。上述眾多特性，為HI-LEDs 使用於照明燈具上的優點。因此，高亮度HI-LEDs 已具備節能環保照明的基本條件，只需結合台灣現有的光學與機電的科技，即可整合成各種HI-LEDs 燈具。對於高亮度HI-LEDs 水下照明燈具系統產品裝備之波長穿隧效應的分析探討，除了建立相關的理論模式與熱流照明性能量測的實驗流程以充分了解其作動原理外，也期許利用計畫主持人近年來所積極開發的改良式因次分析方法搭配相關的實驗流程，找到適合此產學合作配合廠商的商機。所以本計畫「水下HI-LEDs 穿隧效應研究暨燈具開發」的目的之一為探討分析HI-LEDs 照明燈具產業的現況，尤其是船舶海運產業及水下裝備，以作為後續產品研究開發的依據。目的之二就是利用熱流照明性能實驗及改良式因次分析方法來探討並建立水下HI-LEDs 照明裝備之熱流照明的特性與經驗公式，並同時比較分析不同的波長對於水下熱流照明所造成之穿隧效應，以建立整個HI-LEDs 燈具之水下熱流照明性能的量測系統及方法。目的之三為協助本計畫的配合廠商－玉景科技股份有限公司建立並改善其公司內部既有的HI-LEDs 照明燈具產品的性能與量測標準。因此，了解水下HI-LEDs 燈具之波長穿隧效應並建立相關理論分析模式與實驗流程也是學術界幫助台灣HI-LEDs 照明業界的責任。This project ""Investigations on Tunneling Effects of Underwater HI-LEDs Lighting with Lamps"" is focused on high-power light-emitting diodes (HI-LED) applications in solid-state cold light sources, especially in the HI-LEDs lighting equipment system underwater high-pressure airtight and wavelength effect analysis, and establish its underwater high pressure gas-tight and heat flow lighting performance measurement method. One of the purposes of this project is to explore the current status of the HI-LEDs lighting industry, in particular the marine and marine industries and underwater equipment, as a follow-up to the project "" Investigations on Tunneling Effects of Underwater HI-LEDs Lighting with Lamps "" Product research and development basis. The purpose of this paper is to explore and establish the characteristics and empirical formulas of high-pressure gas-tight and heat-flow lighting for underwater HI-LEDs lighting equipment by using high-pressure gas-tight and heat-flow lighting performance experiment and modified dimension analysis method. At the same time, Wavelength for the underwater heat flow caused by the effect of lighting in order to establish the entire HI-LED lamps underwater high pressure gas-tight and heat flow lighting performance measurement systems and methods. The third purpose is to assist the project co-manufacturers - Yujing Technology Co., Ltd. to establish and improve the company's existing HI-LEDs lighting products, performance and measurement standards. Therefore, understanding the high-pressure airtight and wavelength effect of underwater HI-LEDs lamps and establishing the relevant theoretical analysis mode and experimental process is also the responsibility of the academia to help Taiwan HI-LEDs lighting industry.
