Description

Abstract
"輪胎所受的垂直力、縱向力、側向力及回正力矩對汽車行駛的穩定性、操控性能及安全性息息相 關,因此本計畫針對輪胎操控性能並配合車廠的要求,提出一系列關於輪胎與汽車操控性能的研究, 將計畫分為兩年進行: 第二年將利用ADAMS軟體建立汽車整車模擬,包括ADAMS 輪胎模型建立、懸吊系統建立及全車 模型建立,懸吊系統建立將與試驗資料進行比對,並進行懸吊系統參數修正及利用ADAMS軟體進行 懸吊系統模擬。最後利用ADAMS軟體建立汽車整車模擬,整車模擬包括(1)開迴路操控(2)轉彎(3)直線 操控(4)路線操控(5)檔案駕駛(6)靜態及擬靜態操控,將進行兩項以上路徑模擬。本計畫將挑選一車型 進行實車測試,並挑選兩種型態輪胎,利用第一年所建立的輪胎參數利用ADAMS軟體建立汽車整車 模擬,進行實車測試與整車模擬進行比對,比對項目包括變換車道時車體橫搖及車體側向加速度變化 及汽車飄移(drift)時車體橫搖及車體側向加速度變化等。第二年完成ADAMS整車模擬技術及裝設不同 輪胎時模擬與實車測試比較技術,比較輪胎特性對操控性能的影響。" "Tire suffered a vertical, longitudinal, lateral force and aligning moment that are closely related the car driving stability, manipulation and safety. Therefore this project for tire manipulation performance and with the requirements of the depot, a series of studies on the tires and the car manipulation performance are developed. The project is divided into two years. The second year will established the automobile simulation by software ADAMS. Including ADAMS tire model, the suspension system are built in the whole car model. The suspension system is established and compared to the experimental data. And the parameters of suspension system are modifid and simulated by the ADAMS suspention sofrware. Finally, the automobile simulation is established by software ADAMS, the simulation is included (1) open-loop control (2) turn (3) Linear control (4) Route control (5) File driving (6) static and quasi-static control, will be two or more path simulation. This project will select one vehicle for tests, and pick two types of tires, with the first year of the establishment of tire parameters to set up automobile by using ADAMS. And the actual vehicle manipulation simulation and test is matched. The comparisions are included the changing lanes, the yaw and the lateral acceleration of the vehicle body changes and car drift when the yaw and lateral acceleration of the vehicle body changes. The second years will completed the ADAMS simulation technology and the simulation and real vehicle test comparison techniques with different tires. The effect of tire characteristics on manipulation performance will be compared."
