Abstract
近年來多國紛紛提出工業4.0的發展期程,但對於造船產業,似乎遙不可及;因為船舶設計相當複雜。然而,決策者仍必須正視如何減少人力、又要提升生產效率的問題。為此,本計畫提出創新且大膽的概念以翻轉船舶設計:沉浸式體驗(immersive display)船舶設計。船舶設計多樣且複雜,本計畫選擇管路設計為對象,實驗性研發“虛擬實境船舶管路設計系統”。該系統應用虛擬實境(virtual reality)技術,讓使用者在虛擬艙區空間、互動地佈置管路,並存檔遠端伺服器,最後可透過個人電腦產出佈置圖。本計畫擬採Unity3D建構虛擬艙區空間,使用者應用HTC VIVE頭罩式顯示器沉浸其間完成管路設計與佈置,整個系統透過網路存取遠端資料庫伺服器。船舶需要佈置多種管路,設計時分工,但過程中須透過開會協商以避免管路相撞。本計畫因執行期只有一年,所研發的系統只支援單人使用;但若能完成,未來可擴充成多人使用,可進行討論協商,讓沉浸式體驗設計更具實用性。 Several countries have claimed the application schedule of Industry 4.0 to their industries. It seems nothing to do with shipbuilding industries. Ship design and shipbuilding both are too complex to directly implement industry 4.0. However, decision makers in shipbuilding industries still have to face the problems of how to reduce manpower and how to increase working efficiency. In order to flip ship design, an innovative and bold concept is proposed that is to design a ship based on immersive display. Ship design includes so many sub designs that piping design is chosen as the test case. An immersive-display piping design system is developed using Unity3D software. The system applies the technology of virtual reality to build a virtual compartment in where users design piping systems and save these designs to a remote database server through Internet. The system is capable to output design drawing. A ship needs several kinds of piping system. Engineers are assigned to design different piping systems and cooperate to avoid piping collisions. Due to short project period, the discussed system only supports single user. However, it is very easy to expend it to support multiple users in the future in order to make the system more practical and useful.
