Description

Abstract
"本計畫將以改進飛彈發射控制器之防爆振效果為研究之主題,而使用之防爆振設計將 使用COTS(Commerical off-the –shelf)的產品進行防振之改裝。由於軍品規格通常需要系統能 耐久,因此其規格有異於一般商品,但商規用品加以改裝,加上必要之耐氣候、耐爆振之設 計後才能成為軍規品,但其價格要比軍規品節省。因此在1994 年美軍即開始推行此一改裝趨 勢,以便降低軍購之經費。 而國內的一些武器系統如大砲、飛彈系統也同大多由中科院組裝,因此亦開始思考使 用COTS 零件。而本研究使及因應此趨勢,將以飛彈發射控制器防爆振系統為設計目標,將 使用市面之產品將控制器之抗爆振規格,控制在零件設計範圍內,而使用之零件將包括防護 罩及隔振材等,而設計完成之控制器抗爆振裝置將實際裝設於系統上,以測試其可用性。" "The purpose of this project is to develop a anti-shock and vibration mechanism for a COTS controller. This controller was developed by Chun-Shan Institute for a missile launching system from COTS products. COTS stands for Commerical-off-the-shelf, and COTS products usually mean cheaper, more easily to maintain and replace; but less reliable than products that meet MIL Standard. But to reduce military hardware cost, the U.S. DOD started COTS projects form 1994. Since that many MIL hardwares were replace by COTS products. To meet this trend, similar projects are developing domestically. In this project, a controller component of a missile launching system, which is a COTS product, is to be reinforced against shock and vibration to meet MIL standard. Therefore, theory regarding shock and vibration protection for PCB will be developed, and anti-shock and vibration measured will be implemented on this controller, then it will be tested according to specifications that meet harsh environment standard, and finally this reinforced COTS controller will be installed in a actual launching system to validate its anti-shock and vibration measures."
