Description

Abstract
"我國之駕照考驗制度實施多年,駕照考驗的考試內容主要分為筆試和路考,其中筆 試以考核民眾的駕駛知識與交通法規為主。由於駕照考驗筆試的目的為篩選出具備充分 安全駕駛知識的駕駛人,評量的工具與機制的設計就可能會影響取得駕照之合格駕駛人 的素質。 國內有關駕駛訓練實施成效與駕照考驗制度檢討的研究並不多,且研究的重點多著 重於制度面的探討,但是長久以來許多學者已指出駕照考驗筆試測驗內容過於簡單,無 法有效檢核民眾的程度,更難以及時矯正民眾未釐清或錯誤觀念。 本研究計劃利用駕照考驗的筆試內容為研究範圍,正在駕訓班接受訓練的民眾為研 究對象,透過實驗設計與試題測驗的方法,深入探討試題的設計方式與測驗後回饋對於 受測者在交通法規與道路安全駕駛知識的學習效果,以釐清駕照考驗筆試試題設計與測 後回饋的重要性,並探討增進民眾學習效果的可能方法。""In Taiwan, a valid licensed driver is required to pass a written test and a road test. The purpose of administrating a written test is to verify a qualified driver with sufficient knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving concepts. Therefore, a good assessment system can discriminate qualified drivers and develop a safer traffic environment. However, the written test has been widely criticized for lack of difficulty and discrimination. The high pass rates indicate that the item difficulty and scoring system in the written tests should be examined. This study plans to provide tests on traffic laws and safe driving knowledge to people who are taking driving courses. There are two experiments conducted in this study. The first experiment is to select test items with more reasonable difficulties and discriminating power. In the second experiment, the selected items are redesigned in two different modes (positive mode and negative mode) and options (3-option and 4-option). For the purposes of studying the testing effects, the redesigned items are tested with and without feedbacks. The researchers plan to apply the IRT models to investigate the testing effects of item designs and feedbacks on learning of traffic laws and safe driving knowledge."
